I've worked for over ten years in the field of holistic health, studying nutrition, aromatherapy, herbalism, Ayurveda, person centred counselling and compassion focused therapy. My passion is that a holistic approach to health grows in popularity and that natural ways to improve health and wellbeing are more accessible and affordable for everybody.

I run my practice in Newquay, Cornwall and also provide accommodation if required. The location is perfect, being two minutes walk from Fistral beach. As well as one to one consultations I provide an on line service. ​
